Tickets with Documentation Tag or when I’m tagged in a Note (Internal Documentation Requests)


  1. For all tickets that are tagged as documentation, or documentation personnel is tagged in a note, the documentation request will be reviewed in the ticket and follow up questions may occur.

  2. The request will then be forwarded to Asana to be created as a task to be completed there. 

    1. The above process will be followed for these requests as well.

  3. Once complete, a note with all the updates to the documentation that the ticket sparked will be added as a note.

    1. If a Documentation tag is present, that will be removed.
